seinen Tribut.
- 1 kleine Zuckermelone
- 200 g Prosciutto San Daniele oder Parma
- 1 Handvoll Cocktailtomaten
- 2 essreife Avocados
- 1 Bund frischer, aromatischer Basilikum
- 200 g Parmesan (bei Paleo Diät weglassen)
- ein paar Oliven wären auch nicht verkehrt
- 1 Zitrone
- Olivenöl
- frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
6. Gemeinsam mit in Spalten geschnittenen Zitronen servieren.
Recipe in English
Prosciutto e Melone... the other way
No cooking here... by no means... Vienna is melting... Mrs Ziii has no bathroom due to renovation... let's make a simple summer salad...
The recipe was born out of necessity. I wanted to make the simple Italian classic "prosciutto e melone" for two, but then I had some more hungry mouths to feet. Therefore some other ingredients joined the plate and it became a light salad. I am telling you, it wasn't wrong.
1 Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut it into wedges. Solve the flesh with a knife from the dish and cut it into large pieces.
2 Halve the tomatoes and arrange them together with the melon and prosciutto on a plate. Maybe you like to add some olives now.
3 Thinly slice the Parmesan and sprinkle over.
4 Halve the avocados. Then use a spoon to remove the avocado from the skin and place on the plate.
5 Pick the basil from the stalks and sprinkle over. Generously season with freshly ground pepper and drizzle with some olive oil.
6 Serve with sliced lemons.
7 Enjoy!
